Thanksgiving in the Grand Canyon was a success and so was my Thanksgiving dinner! It was DELICIOUS and it ended up being the perfect amount of food for five people. The only leftovers we had was 1 of the 3 packages of instant mashed potatoes.
I will definitely be making another round of Thanksgiving dinner for one of our resupply boxes on the Pacific Crest Trail this summer.
